Fireweed is a true sign of summer here in Alaska. This one is telling us we’re about halfway through summer. As the blooms open up the stalk, summer fades.

This One of a Kind slide necklace is dramatic and a statement.

The fireweed detail was hand cut using a jewelers saw, the bezel wasshaped to fit the Strawberry Quartz perfectly. The Pendant slides along the snake chain and locks into place at your chosen length. It was finished with the addition of oxidation in the depths, and a high polish on the surface. The slide piece measures 2” in length and is just over 1.25” in width. It’s entire length is 36”, making it easy to slide over ones head and adjust to the proper length.
