Each raven is hand folded using traditional origami paper folding techniques from a precious metal sheet. The origami is then kiln-fired, burning away a binding material while fusing particles of fine silver together.  A fine silver origami creation is left behind. 

The raven is about half an inch tall and can stand on its’ own feet. It hangs on an 18-inch sterling silver chain.

All of the items on the site are handmade and hand-finished in my little log cabin studio. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike and will have natural imperfections. These natural imperfections give handcrafted items their character and appeal, while also making each piece one of a kind.
